Uhm yeah, you totally can.
I mean, look at Nathan & Haley from One Tree Hill. They actually got married, not jsut engaged but MARRIED, while they were only JUNIORS in High School. Sure, they had their problems but they stayed together since season one.They prove that you CAN fins your soul mate at an early age.
Finn & Rachel are both Seniors and are just engaged.
